James Sibree (1836 – 1929) was an English naturalist and LMS missionary who spent most of his working life in Madagascar starting in 1870 until he retired in 1916. Head and tail of spine slightly frayed, inner hinges weak, slightly shaken, a nice copy in the publisher’s dark green cloth with the gilt lettered spine and decoration to upper board.
